Mario Batali: Conversation on Culture and Cuisine
This program will feature acclaimed chef, restaurateur, author and television personality Mario Batali and Dr. Sharon Akabas, Director, MS in Nutrition, Institute of Human Nutrition, for a discussion on the intersection of culture and cuisine. The discussion will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience and reception featuring a sampling of recipes from his new book, Molto Batali: Simple Family Meals from My Home to Yours (ecco, 2011), which will also be available for purchase.
