A Conversation with Alex Guarnaschelli - Old School Education: The Way I Learned to Cook
This program will feature a discussion with chef, restauranteur, author, and television personality Alex Guarnaschelli, '91 BC, on education and the culinary industry. John Walker, Adjunct Associate Professor of International and Public Affairs and Columbia University and Director of Finance and Impact Investing at Echoing Green, will moderate the program. The discussion will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience. After the program, join Alex at a reception featuring a sampling of recipes from her new book, Old School Comfort Food: The Way I Learned to Cook, which will also be available for purchase.
