This panel discussion will focus on what is not being said in today's society about issues of race and the future of diversity.

The Office of the University Chaplain will offer a Common Meal for students who wish to continue a dialogue about the language of race in America. SPACE IS LIMITED to the first 25 Columbia University students to respond.

President Lee C. Bollinger will host a panel discussion with Columbia University's distinguished alumnus David Rothkopf (Columbia College '77), on the topic of his provocative new book, "Superclass: The Global Power Elite and the World They Are Making."

This program will feature a conversation between Dr. Y.V. Reddy, Governor of the Reserve Bank of India, and Jagdish Bhagwati, University Professor, Columbia University.

President Lee C. Bollinger and Provost Alan Brinkley host the University Lecture given by Teodolinda Barolini, Lorenzo Da Ponte Professor of Italian.

A World Leaders Forum panel discussion held in partnership with the Student Affairs Caucus of the Columbia University Senate and moderated by President Lee C. Bollinger.

The Office of the Mayor of the City of New York, New York City Global Partners, Inc., and Columbia University present: "Public Health and Climate Change: the Urban Policy Connection." The program featured:

*A keynote address by the Honorable Michael R. Bloomberg, Mayor of the City of New York
*A panel discussion entitled, "Innovative Responses to Public Health Impacts of Climate Change"
*A panel discussion entitled, "Integrated Approaches to Policymaking and Implimentation."

Each fall President Bollinger kicks off the academic year with the Fun Run, a 5 kilometer run/walk through Riverside Park.

This conference gathers speakers from within Columbia University as well as outside institutes of higher learning to discuss the modern notion of feminism.

A keynote address by President Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson of Iceland, followed by a question and answer session with the audience.
